Best cleaning company in Austin.I have been trying different cleaning services over the past 3 years and have always found that they do a subpar job (not properly dusting, banging up things, not cleaning the windows). they legitimately do not do the job that they are assigned. I've had a number come back to finish the work that they charged me for but didn't do and others who scuffed up the floors or similar.This is the only company that met expectation. On top of this, my mother came to visit (I always get my place cleaned before she visits because she is a huge huge huge stickler and will complain about the smallest things). And this was the first time when she asked if I had a cleaning service or maid come. The first time in 3 years.That's saying something. So, when you see the cost, know that while it may be expensive, it's the only service that my mother acknowledged as having done their job.(EDIT: Just had my house cleaned by then again - spotless! This group never fails to deliver!)

I hired them to do a move out clean of my apartment and they did a fabulous job! There were even a few items on shelves that I didn’t realize I left behind that they pulled out for me. A little more expensive than other cleaning services around Austin but it was worth it to get my full deposit back and to support a local business. Easy to schedule too!

I own rental properties in Austin and other cities and needed someone to clean a property that was left in a mess. I admit I was skeptical about this company because everything was so easy - making an on-line reservation, selecting the service I required, etc. A team showed up on time, wearing their uniforms and face masks . 3.5 hours later, the rental house was sparkling! Ready for a new tenant. Excellent company and from now on will use no one else!

I’ve been a customer for over 5 yrs. No issues ever, besides the one time a glass top to my table was broken and they paid to fix it.Facundo is my fav. Our offices needed a quick/emergency cleaning. I called their office, and Juan provided me with a fair quote online, and we were scheduled for the cleaning the following day. Our employees were very impressed with the cleaning/service! The cleaners were on time, friendly, and asked questions while notifying us of the areas completed as they were done. Overall a wonderful experience!

We used Boardwalk yesterday for a one-time, basic, 3-hour cleaning, and we could not have been happier. They showed up on time. They took the time they said they would. They were professional and polite. A supervisor even came during the cleaning to check their work. And, best of all, the house was SPOTLESS when they left. In a house with kids and dust and dirt and everything, there is not a single floating hair, speck of dust, hint of dirt, or fingerprint on any flat service. Our next "financial date" at home is going to include how we sign up to be regular customers of Boardwalk!
