Things aren’t great when you have to do any communication with the office whether by phone or email (the 5 stars are not for that team!), but we’ve been... happy with the cleaning team thus far. They are always done at nearly the exact time they specified and clean every area requested fantastically. They also have follow up plans that suit... your schedule no matter what! The ability to delay a clean within 24 hours or the fact that they're always be available on the days that need an emergency clean is something you can't always find elsewhere.
