I have a passion for seeing ideas turned into reality. I believe in creating an environment that is safe and fun, that encourages creative thinking. I believe that the word impossible is really an opinion and not a fact. I believe that mirco-managing should be outlawed and that people should be allowed the space to grow, create, make mistakes, learn and be brilliant.

I am a firm believer that customer service is not a department, but an attitude.

I have over 30 years experience in technology, service, and retail merchandising. My strengths are:
