Our Cleaning Warranty

At The Boardwalk Cleaning Company, we stand behind our work with a 24-Hour Cleaning Warranty. However, this warranty becomes void if:

• The client does not provide approval for the necessary amount of time needed to clean the home.
• The client does not contact us within 24 hours of the service to report an issue.
• The client does not allow us to document before-and-after photos during the cleaning.
• Another service provider (electrician, carpenter, plumber, painter, carpet cleaner, HVAC technician, etc.) is working in the home at the same time.

• Our staff are subjected to verbal abuse, physical aggression, or any form of mistreatment.

👉 Please note: Any “redo” service must be scheduled within 2 days of your original cleaning. Requests outside this window will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Our top priority is ensuring both a sparkling clean home and a safe, respectful workplace for our employees.
