I requested a deep clean and the ladies that came to my home did such an amazing job! I'm so thankful for the care they took with my home. I have three cats which means little tufts of fur all over the house and it was so nice to have home free of dust and fur tumbleweeds! They cleaning was detailed, well executed and they ladies were very friendly! I would definitely recommend using Boardwalk and plan on having them back!

I had Boardwalk Cleaning come out to do a deep clean and I can say I am highly pleased with their service. I have hard water in my home and was never able to get the stains and soap scum out of my shower and bath tub. They did a great job at getting it clean. Also, my stove had lots of grease stains that they were able to remove which I was super happy about. My whole house looks amazing and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

Really impressed with deep cleaning service. There was no after smell of harsh chemicals that other cleaning companies use. Thanks for excellent customer service !! Would definitely recommend it to my friends , will use them again too. On pricing side , it is expensive , so if they can offer a flat price or discounted package offer for whole house cleaning that will be great.

We had Boardwalk Cleaning come yesterday for the first time. I was unhappy with the results of the prior cleaning company we used, so I found Boardwalk on Yelp and decided to give them a try. They did such a great job!! It was so nice to walk into a sparkling clean house after I got home from work. They even managed to get our stovetop sparkling clean, as well as the kids bathroom- no small feat! We'll definitely use them again.

I hired boardwalk to do a make ready (premium) cleaning upon moving out of my 3500 sf house. It was expensive and I expected a lot. The job was completed on time, which was critical because of travel plans. The new owners and I did a walk through afterward. They were very happy with the cleanliness of the property.

Place was spotless when boardwalk finished my move out cleaning. Honestly, it looked better than when we moved in. In my opinion, it took maybe an hour longer than it should have but at the end of the day, amazing results are amazing results. The price is pretty standard, but the customer service with Juan was above standard. He rescheduled us immediately to accommodate a change in one of our roommates’ move out plans, and was very understanding of the last minute reschedule. Definitely would recommend to anyone for cleaning services!

Best cleaning company in Austin.I have been trying different cleaning services over the past 3 years and have always found that they do a subpar job (not properly dusting, banging up things, not cleaning the windows). they legitimately do not do the job that they are assigned. I've had a number come back to finish the work that they charged me for but didn't do and others who scuffed up the floors or similar.This is the only company that met expectation. On top of this, my mother came to visit (I always get my place cleaned before she visits because she is a huge huge huge stickler and will complain about the smallest things). And this was the first time when she asked if I had a cleaning service or maid come. The first time in 3 years.That's saying something. So, when you see the cost, know that while it may be expensive, it's the only service that my mother acknowledged as having done their job.

I have used Boardwalk Cleaning for a few years now and have always been very happy with the service. My house has always looked wonderful and customer service is top notch. However, it wasn't until we moved recently that I was completely blown away with how wonderful the truly are. We hired them one last time to clean our home after we moved out. Unfortunately the city turned off the water to the house a day early! Instead of rescheduling and coming back later (which was going to be rather difficult on our end as we would not have access to the house) they volunteered to bring in buckets of water to still be able to keep the appointment and clean our home in time. I could not believe they were willing to do this and it saved the day! On top of all that, the house looked amazing when it was done. You would have no idea that there was an issue with the water. I am sad we will not longer live in their service area. What a great company! I highly recommend them.

Everything was extremely clean and we will definitely be using them again. The only critique I would make is to ask them to move items on shelves when dusting to make sure all the dust is cleaned. Everything else was great from the ceiling fans to the base boards.

Just walked through the house, and I'm pleased overall. The only reason I took off a star is that I paid an extra $72 for more time, and the cleaning staff completely missed a hall closet. I had to clean some sticky stuff off of the floor myself. We had about an 1100 sq ft place, and I paid for 2.5 hours, then paid for another 45 mins. I believe that the staff needed the extra time, but because I was charged more, I expected everything to be cleaned, including all closets.

This was my first time using Boardwalk Cleaning Co. I gave them 4 stars because I feel they did a 7 out of 10 job. After they cleaned a 2/2 townhome, there were still dust cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There was still mold in the grout around one of the tubs. Also, the baseboards were not really cleaned; probably only swept over. Lastly, one of them used the toilet and it was still dirty, so I know it didn’t get cleaned. Boardwalk was recommended to me by another agent, so I expected more. UPDATE: Received a call from them after they saw the review and they returned to do a second cleaning.

The cleaners are professional and do a great job. I appreciate that they use products without a harsh smell. When I had a question about the cost and rate, they responded quickly and worked through what turned out to be a scheduling error, refunding the payment for the extra half hour the cleaners hadn’t needed.

This was my second time using Boardwalk and was not let down. The girls who came to clean were very sweet and did a great job! I greeted them and got them settled, went to lunch and came back to them finishing up. I felt totally comfortable leaving them in my home. It took them about 2 hours to clean my house, (1100 sq ft) which I felt was a fair amount of time. I hired them for a 'basic cleaning' + inside windows and fridge. We wanted the house to sparkle before our baby arrives. I requested a few changes to my service the morning of, hassle free. I even got a discount for booking on a Monday! I would definitely recommend Boardwalk for future cleanings.

Boardwalk does a nice job of basic cleaning every two weeks at my home. There's a lot of inconsistency between their varied crews as to how well certain areas are cleaned, like sometimes they wipe down the stainless range hood and sometimes they don't. I would like to be able to fill out a checklist of the tasks that are important to me, and for specific instructions like which trash goes in which garbage bin. This is small stuff, I know, and I'm lucky to be able to afford a cleaning service. But for $270 per month a little more attention to detail would be nice. I recommend Boardwalk Cleaning to people frequently, so I obviously value their service. And the guys who handle scheduling and communication are fantastic.

They are reliable and arrive when promised. They even notify you 1 business day a head in case you forget. They do a good job cleaning. Management is very responsive if ever there is an issue. I have used a number of cleaning companies over the years and Boardwalk is the best I have encountered.

I've had a great experience with this cleaning service. Everyone from the phone staff to the ladies who clean have great customer service and pleasant personalities. They arrive on time and are diligent and quick and efficient. The only reason I took off a star because I think they are a bit pricy, but otherwise, I have been pleased and would recommend.

I requested a deep clean and the ladies that came to my home did such an amazing job! I'm so thankful for the care they took with my home. I have three cats which means little tufts of fur all over the house and it was so nice to have home free of dust and fur tumbleweeds! I had Boardwalk Cleaning come out to do a deep clean and I can say I am highly pleased with their service. I have hard water in my home and was never able to get the stains and soap scum out of my shower and bath tub. They did a great job at getting it clean. Also, my stove had lots of grease stains that they were able to remove which I was super happy about. My whole house looks amazing and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

We had Boardwalk Cleaning come yesterday for the first time. I was unhappy with the results of the prior cleaning company we used, so I found Boardwalk on Yelp and decided to give them a try. They did such a great job!! It was so nice to walk into a sparkling clean house after I got home from work. Place was spotless when boardwalk finished my move out cleaning. Honestly, it looked better than when we moved in. In my opinion, it took maybe an hour longer than it should have but at the end of the day, amazing results are amazing results. The price is pretty standard, but the customer service with Juan was above standard. He rescheduled us immediately to accommodate a change in one of our roommates’ move out plans, and was very understanding of the last minute reschedule. Definitely would recommend to anyone for cleaning services!

Best cleaning company in Austin.I have been trying different cleaning services over the past 3 years and have always found that they do a subpar job (not properly dusting, banging up things, not cleaning the windows). they legitimately do not do the job that they are assigned. I've had a number come back to finish the work that they charged me for but didn't do and others who scuffed up the floors or similar.This is the only company that met expectation. On top of this, my mother came to visit (I always get my place cleaned before she visits because she is a huge huge huge stickler and will complain about the smallest things). And this was the first time when she asked if I had a cleaning service or maid come. The first time in 3 years.That's saying something. So, when you see the cost, know that while it may be expensive, it's the only service that my mother acknowledged as having done their job.

I have used Boardwalk Cleaning for a few years now and have always been very happy with the service. My house has always looked wonderful and customer service is top notch. However, it wasn't until we moved recently that I was completely blown away with how wonderful the truly are. We hired them one last time to clean our home after we moved out. Unfortunately the city turned off the water to the house a day early! Instead of rescheduling and coming back later (which was going to be rather difficult on our end as we would not have access to the house) they volunteered to bring in buckets of water to still be able to keep the appointment and clean our home in time. I could not believe they were willing to do this and it saved the day! On top of all that, the house looked amazing when it was done. You would have no idea that there was an issue with the water. I am sad we will not longer live in their service area. What a great company! I highly recommend them.

I engaged Boardwalk to clean my apartment for me and I was never disappointed. Everything was extremely clean and we will definitely be using them again. The only critique I would make is to ask them to move items on shelves when dusting to make sure all the dust is cleaned. Everything else was great from the ceiling fans to the base boards.

Just walked through the house, and I'm pleased overall. The only reason I took off a star is that I paid an extra $72 for more time, and the cleaning staff completely missed a hall closet. I had to clean some sticky stuff off of the floor myself. We had about an 1100 sq ft place, and I paid for 2.5 hours, then paid for another 45 mins. I believe that the staff needed the extra time, but because I was charged more, I expected everything to be cleaned, including all closets.

This was my first time using Boardwalk Cleaning Co. I gave them 4 stars because I feel they did a 7 out of 10 job. After they cleaned a 2/2 townhome, there were still dust cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There was still mold in the grout around one of the tubs. Also, the baseboards were not really cleaned; probably only swept over. Lastly, one of them used the toilet and it was still dirty, so I know it didn’t get cleaned. Boardwalk was recommended to me by another agent, so I expected more. UPDATE: Received a call from them after they saw the review and they returned to do a second cleaning.

The cleaners are professional and do a great job. I appreciate that they use products without a harsh smell. When I had a question about the cost and rate, they responded quickly and worked through what turned out to be a scheduling error, refunding the payment for the extra half hour the cleaners hadn’t needed.

This was my second time using Boardwalk and was not let down. The girls who came to clean were very sweet and did a great job! I greeted them and got them settled, went to lunch and came back to them finishing up. I felt totally comfortable leaving them in my home. It took them about 2 hours to clean my house, (1100 sq ft) which I felt was a fair amount of time. I hired them for a 'basic cleaning' + inside windows and fridge. We wanted the house to sparkle before our baby arrives. I requested a few changes to my service the morning of, hassle free. I even got a discount for booking on a Monday! I would definitely recommend Boardwalk for future cleanings.

Over the years that we've used Boardwalk they have gotten better for sure! The team you get really matters so always communicate to the folks in the office what's working and what's not - they are great at making it right.

Boardwalk does a nice job of basic cleaning every two weeks at my home. There's a lot of inconsistency between their varied crews as to how well certain areas are cleaned, like sometimes they wipe down the stainless range hood and sometimes they don't. I would like to be able to fill out a checklist of the tasks that are important to me, and for specific instructions like which trash goes in which garbage bin. This is small stuff, I know, and I'm lucky to be able to afford a cleaning service. But for $270 per month a little more attention to detail would be nice. I recommend Boardwalk Cleaning to people frequently, so I obviously value their service. And the guys who handle scheduling and communication are fantastic.

They are reliable and arrive when promised. They even notify you 1 business day a head in case you forget. They do a good job cleaning. Management is very responsive if ever there is an issue. I have used a number of cleaning companies over the years and Boardwalk is the best I have encountered.

I've had a great experience with this cleaning service. Everyone from the phone staff to the ladies who clean have great customer service and pleasant personalities. They arrive on time and are diligent and quick and efficient. The only reason I took off a star because I think they are a bit pricy, but otherwise, I have been pleased and would recommend.
